Under most conditions orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping

1. Orders will be ship out within 1-3 days after money arrived.

shipping will take around 13-15 Business days(if ship from China factory)

Shipping will take around 3-7 days(if ship from EU warehouse)

3. You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address.

What courier do you use?

We ship via DHL Paket / DPD / UPS

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

At this time, we are unable to ship any APO/FPO/DPO addresses. But DHL DPD pick up point can ship.
