At vapesgogo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Have any tags or seals intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.
